Fibre-reinforced high strength adhesive with very low emission
Adhesive for LVT design PVC tiles, rubber in rolls and boards up to 4 mm thick, and PVC coverings.
Rigid adhesive reefs, high initial adhesive strength due to fiber enrichment, ideal for coatings with insufficient dimensional stability. Reduces crushing of coatings under load, very good dimensional stability.
Environmentally friendly, with very low consumption and short drying time, without solvent, allows laying of coatings on the existing object.
For interior work.
Application area
On highly absorbent, puttied substrates.
For designer LVT PVC tiles.
For rubber coverings in boards (up to 4.0 mm).
For normal loads in production areas and facilities.
Application:
Dispersion adhesive with reinforcing fiber
to reduce glue creasing during installation
and development of optimal lapping properties
laid elastic coatings.
Suitable :
– for rubber coverings in rolls, thickness
up to 2.5 mm, with sanded backing and smooth
surface
• for homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC and CV coatings
• for textile coverings with double
textile backing (TR)
• for UZIN insulating substrates
• on puttied, even and
absorbent substrates
• in residential and industrial premises
Suitable for underfloor heating as well as for
chair loads on casters according to DIN 68 131, and
also for wet cleaning with shampoo and for
cleaning with aerosol extractives
substances.
Advantages/
Material properties:
Ready-to-use dimming “wet”
adhesive with reinforcing polymer fibers,
which stabilize the applied adhesive and
protect the freshly laid coating from
punching (for example, with a knee). Compared
with conventional adhesives, reinforcement renders
positive effect on residual creasing
laid coverings. Responds elevated
requirements for labor protection, air quality in
indoors and to the environment.
Composition: modified copolymer
polyacrylate, preservatives (isothiazolinone), others
additives, plastic fibers and mineral
fillers.
• with great efficiency
• with high absorbency and adhesion
• with very high strength
• with good resistance to plasticizers
• with a neutral smell
• GISCODE D 1 – solvent free
• EMICODE EC 1 – very low emission

Foundation preparation:
The base must be firm, level, without
cracks, permanently dry, clean and free
from substances that impair adhesion.
Base to check for compliance
applicable rules and regulations and
deviation to report deviations.
Thoroughly clean the base with a vacuum cleaner,
primed and sanded. Choose
appropriate primer and leveling
the mass of the company UZIN.
Examples of primers(G) and leveling compounds(S):
Cement screeds: (G) UZIN-PE 60 Ökoline/ (S)
UZIN-NC 150 Ökoline or UZIN-NC 170
Calcium sulfate screeds: (G) UZIN-PE 240/
(S) UZIN-NC 110 or UZIN-NC 170
Molded asphalt screeds: (G) UZIN-PE
260 (unless misunderstood) / (S) UZIN-NC 170,
enriched with UZIN-PE 520
Wooden bases: (G) UZIN-PE 260 (if
not sanded)/ (S) UZIN-NC 175 (min. thickness 3
mm)
Old substrates with adhesive residue: (G) UZINPE 260 if required. UZIN-PE 460 (with powdered
sand)/ (S) UZIN-NC 150, UZIN-NC 170 or
UZIN-NC 182
Non-absorbent or moisture sensitive
substrates such as poured asphalt screeds,
calcium sulfate screeds or old
bases are leveled with a layer not thicker than
less than 2 mm.
Priming and leveling layers
dry thoroughly. Follow instructions
on the use of materials used.
Processing:
1. Evenly apply glue to the base
appropriate notched trowel (see
instructions for use) and give
dry depending on the applied
amount of glue, climatic conditions in
room and absorbent properties
grounds. Apply only this
the amount of glue that can be
used during the laying of the coating.
2. Lay the coating, rub it all over
surface and after 20 min. again
rub thoroughly or
roll. follow the good
wettability of back side adhesive
coatings.
3. Fresh adhesive residues are removed with water.
Consumption:
Underlay Tooth system Consumption
Smooth/Sanded A 2 300 – 350 g/m²
Textile/coarse H 1,350 – 400 g/m²
Important instructions:
• Materials should be stored in their original packaging in
moderately cool place no more than 12 months.
Protect from frost. Opened jars close tightly and
content is quick to use.
• Optimum processing temperature 18-250С,
floor temperature – above 150C, relative
air humidity below 75%. low temperatures and
high humidity in the air is lengthened, and high
temperatures and low humidity shorten the time
laying, setting and drying.
• Wet substrates can lead to secondary
emissions and odors, therefore laying
to produce coatings only on dry substrates
(SM test). When puttying, follow the good
drying putty mass.
• Welding seams with a cord should only be carried out
after the adhesive has fully set, not earlier than
after 24 hours, better – after 48-72 hours.
• Recommended standards and regulations: DIN

Labor and environmental protection:
GISCODE D1 – solvent-free according to TGRS 610. Not
ignites. When applied, it is desirable
ventilate the room and use a protective cream
for the skin.
EMICODE EC 1 – “very poor in emissions.” By
the state of science to date has not seen any
emissions of formaldehyde, harmful substances and other
volatile organic compounds (VOC). After drying –
neutral smell, as well as environmentally friendly and
physiologically harmless.
Basic prerequisite for good indoor air
– Compliance with the instructions for laying floor coverings
and thoroughly dried substrates, primers and
leveling weights.
Waste disposal:
Any leftover product should be collected and used.
Do not pour into drains, watercourses or on the ground.
Scraped containers without product residues are subject to
recyclable/ Containers with liquid contents are
special garbage, with hardened contents –
construction waste. Collected liquid residue
products are special waste.
