Polyurethane adhesive for high load floor coverings UZIN KR 430

Reliable bonding of rubber and sports surfaces

Universal two-component polyurethane adhesive for floor coverings with high loads.

Heavy duty polyurethane flooring adhesive, solvent free, with great adhesion, extremely reliable – good dimensional stability, no shrinkage.

It is used for almost any load, universal, with a very high final strength, high heat and frost resistance.

For internal and limited – external works.

Application area

For rubber coverings up to 10 mm thick (B1), with smooth back (A1), with sanded back (A2).

For linoleum on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates in sports halls, industrial and heavily loaded areas.

Application:
Free of solvents and water, 2
component adhesive based on reaction
resins for rubber, tile coating with
smooth or profiled substrate (such as
Norament), linoleum (Linodur type,
Marmoleum), rubber granulate coatings
(Regupol type), coatings such as artificial
grass, sports mats and outdoor surfaces,
as well as for sticking connecting tapes on
synthetic coatings, insulating
UZIN materials.
Suitable for absorbent, long-lasting dry
bases such as cement, anhydrite and
magnesite screeds, concrete, etc., and
non-absorbent, thermoplastic or
deformable bases such as cast
asphalt, chipboard, wood, aluminum, steel sheet
etc. Specially designed for coatings,
experiencing high mechanical stress –
in industrial, commercial premises,
sports fields and hospitals. Withstands
loads from stackers and wheel loaders.
Also glues fiberboard, dense foam, ceramics,
stone, etc.
For internal and limited for external
works, as well as for wet areas.
Attention: before sticking unchecked
PVC and rubber coatings, synthetics or
metals to carry out test gluing. At
use in wet areas or
consult the manufacturer from the outside. For sticking conductive
coatings, use UZIN-KR 430L adhesive.
Attention: not suitable for cemented
bases with high alkaline moisture,
e.g. standing directly on the ground
concrete foundations without waterproofing, etc.
Suitable for underfloor heating as well as for
chair loads on casters according to DIN 68 131.

Material properties:
UZIN-KR 430 – 2-section combination jar with
pasty gray component A (lower part
cans) and liquid dark brown hardener
(upper insert) After mixing both components
creamy paste, easy to apply
with a spatula, an adhesive without volatile components, which quickly
and solidifies uniformly into a high-strength, sealed
polyurethane mass with very high strength
grasping and binding on most grounds and
coatings.
• does not contain solvents and water
• fast curing
• fills cavities without shrinkage
• for any layer thickness
• hard elastic
• waterproof, weather resistant
• waterproof
• resistant to mechanical loads

Important instructions:
• Materials should be stored in their original packaging in a dry
place ok. 12 months. optimal conditions
storage 15-250С. When stored cold
components become viscous, so before
use, it is necessary to bring them to room temperature.
temperature. If the component has thickened, the product
cannot be used.
• The coating must not be laid at temperatures
floor or material below 150C, and/or
relative humidity above 75%.
Low temperatures impair adhesive mixing and
slow down its curing.
• To clean the instrument immediately after
use and to remove fresh dirt
resin, use the UZIN-VE 100 cleaner.
(Warning: dissolves synthetics!) or UZIN-VE
124. Hardened material can be removed
only mechanically.
• Recommended standards and regulations: DIN

Adhesive Industry Association Instructions “Assessment and preparation of grounds for
elastic and textile floor stickers
coatings” / Information of the central union
German builders (ZDB) “Elastic
floor coverings, textile flooring
coatings and parquet on floor structures with
heating.”
Labor and environmental protection:
Component A is not hazardous.
Component B contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate!
Follow instructions and warnings on
product packaging. May irritate eyes
respiratory organs and skin. Possible allergic
reactions by inhalation and skin contact.
Avoid breathing vapors (steams when heated
jars!) When working, use protective
skin creams, as well as protective clothing,
shoes and glasses. Provide good
workplace ventilation. Skin contact
wash immediately with soap and water. at
contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and
see a doctor. Cured polyurethane
mass is completely safe.
