Foundation preparation:
The substrate must be sound, even, free from cracks, dry, clean and free from substances that impair adhesion.
Check the grounds for compliance with current
standards, and if deviations are found, report them.
Thoroughly clean the base with a vacuum cleaner, prime and putty. Depending on the base
top coat and loads, select the appropriate primer and leveling compound from the UZIN product list.
Always give primer and putty thoroughly
dry out. Follow instructions for use
applied materials.
Operating procedure:
1. Spread the adhesive evenly on the substrate with a suitable notched trowel (see “Consumption data”) and allow to dry depending on the amount of adhesive applied, climatic conditions in
room and the absorbent properties of the substrate (see
“Technical data”).
2. Lay the coating, grind it in and after 20 minutes. More
once carefully rub or roll. Ensure good wettability of the reverse side of the coating.
3. Fresh adhesive residues are removed with water.

Important instructions:
3 Warranty period of storage in the original packaging in a moderately cool place is 12 months. Protect from frost. Close open packages tightly and use the contents quickly.
3 Optimum operating temperature 18 – 25 °C, floor temperature above 15 °C, relative air humidity
below 75%. Low temperatures and high humidity lengthen, while high temperatures and low humidity
reduce laying, setting and drying time.
3 Dry, absorbent bases improve initial tack and dry.
3 Welding seams with a cord should be carried out after complete
adhesive binding (not earlier than after 24 hours, preferably after
48 – 72 hours)
3 It is recommended to consider the rules and regulations: BS 8203, BS
8204, BS 5325, DIN 18 365 “Work with floor coverings”, guidelines for the association of the adhesive industry
“Assessment and preparation of substrates – gluing elastic and textile floor coverings”, “Gluing
elastomeric coatings”, technical information 2/1990
United Union of Screeds and Coatings (WEB)
“Evaluation and preparation of surfaces of anhydrite liquid
couplers “.
Labor and environmental protection:
GISCODE D1 – solvent-free according to TGRS 610. Non-flammable. At work
it is recommended to use a protective skin cream and ventilate the room. Basic prerequisite for good indoor air quality
after floor work is to comply with the rules and regulations
laying as well as thoroughly dried base, primer and putty
weight.
Waste disposal:
If possible, collect the rest of the product and then use it. Do not pour into drains, watercourses or on the ground. Used empty containers are suitable for recycling. Containers with product residues, as well as liquid
product residues are special waste. Containers with hardened
contents – construction debris
